“I started using Lucky Buddy at the end of August. Janet fit me in for the first visit on super short notice and things have only been positive since then. I have used the service 7 times now. The booking system is easy to use and change. You can book a particular time slot. Janet is quick to respond to emails. Each of the pet sitters who have come to visit my cats have been awesome! They send you texts and picture messages if you want which has put me at ease. They also leave a note about what they did and how long they stayed. Janet also follows up after each visit which is a nice touch. I have never used a service before but Janet and her staff are great.”
